Growth Side is a new company based in Piraeus, the largest port in Greece and one of the largest in Europe.

It was founded by young people with experience in the fields of Financial Accounting, Real Estate Brokerage and International Trade.

Our goal is to offer high quality services, investing in our know-how, our experience in the necessary processes and methods and in our willingness to work hard for the growth and profitability of Greek businesses.

We specialize in three sections:

Real Estate Brokerage. 

We undertake your property’s valuation, it’s advertise and sale or renting. For interested buyers, we offer full brokerage services: searching and finding the requested property, legal and technical control, negotiation of sale-price and drafting the file with the necessary legal documents. For foreign residents, we undertake the whole procedure of issue the EU residence permission – visa.

Food Brokerage – Exports.

We represent your products abroad, we act us brokers and we organize your exports’ orientation, aiming to strengthen the extroversion of Greek enterprises. With partners throughout Greece and abroad and being a member of the Panhellenic Exporters Association, we possess the know-how for the successful access of Greek companies to international markets and we respond to the challenges and opportunities for export business. We undertake the exclusive representation of your products to the country of your preference or we provide complete support for you to organize properly and successfully the exports of your company.

Management of EU funded investment projects.

We evaluate business ideas to plan realistic implementation proposals and protect from wrong choices. We offer complete solutions to prospective investors by enabling them to participate in all programs which meet the necessary conditions to be authorized. We prepare technical-financial studies within programs funded by businessmen who want to invest more in their businesses, maximizing their benefits and by young entrepreneurs who need financing and advisory support to establish their company.
